Ocean Park Aquarium has had the huge honour to accept Gold in the Tourism Attraction category for the 2014 Perth Airport Tourism Awards!
So many different people have helped Ocean Park become the business it is today and while it would take 5 pages to name each and every one of you, we’d like to give a special mention to a few people, without whom this would never have happened. To all the great people of Shark Bay, with a special mention to the Malgana people, we say thank you! Without your continuing support over the last 14 years what we have achieved would not have been possible.
To all our staff and volunteers (both past and present), tradesmen, builders, friends and family, thank you for your passion and enthusiasm and sharing our vision.
To the pioneers of Ocean Park, Ken Gordon and Pete McKenzie, thanks for all the blood, sweat and tears that went into getting this project off the ground.
And last but certainly not least to our customers, Shark Bay locals and fans we say this: Thank you for showing faith in us, whether you have been here once or 50 times, your contribution to this establishment is immeasurable and for this we are and will be forever grateful.
